His recent work with comedian Ricky Gervais received global recognition, winning numerous international awards including advertising’s highest honor - a Cannes Lion, and was referred to by Google as “the most successful piece of branded content we’ve seen...”

Sam’s commercial credits include Apple, adidas, McDonalds, Citroën, Netflix and Mtn Dew. He has recently been listed as a BAFTA LA Newcomer - a select list of British film talent new to Los Angeles.

He has also recently been awarded a grant by emerging talent program, Pia Pressure, to direct a proof-of-concept short film for a feature that Sam has co-written with Noel Clarke, being produced by Unstoppable Entertainment.

Sam’s short film credits include Lost & Found, Lab Rats and Shooting Earth, which have won multiple Best Film, Best Director and Audience Choice awards at film festivals around the world, including the highly regarded Palm Springs Shortfest Audience Choice Award.
